As the engineer of record for this groundbreaking resort on Nassau’s harbor front, Graphite Engineering was responsible for reviewing air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and vertical transport (elevator/escalator) drawings.
We also ensured compliance with Bahamas Building Code and obtained approvals from other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ): the Ministry of Health, Bahamas Power and Light as well as the Director of Fire Services. Graphite Engineering also prepared the construction documents for the China Construction America offices areas and the entertainment center on the ground floor level.
