Our rigorous review process includes internal reviews and client reviews at the schematic design and design development stages to minimize errors and omissions in the documents.
We specialize in designs for air-conditioning, ventilation, water supply, sanitary waste, liquefied petroleum gas, medical gas, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm systems and assemble just the right team, best suited to execute the design works.

Construction Administration and Inspections
Graphite Engineering construction administration services are the key to successfully executing your project. We perform construction quality control site inspections, prepare and submit weekly reports, attend site meetings as required, review submittals and shop drawings, prepare non-conformance reports, witness equipment systems testing and commissioning, prepare punchlists, sign off on completed installations and review and comment on operation and maintenance manuals.
Engineer of Record Services
Engineer of Record services involve an in-depth review of design documents, drawings and calculations prepared by licensed engineers. We review these drawings throughout the design process and provide feedback on code compliance concerns. Once all issues are addressed, we stamp, sign and issue drawings before working with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to obtain the final drawing approval.
Owner’s Representative Services
Having an owner’s representative that truly represents your interests and can decipher complex technical information can be the difference between a project’s success and failure. As an owner’s representative, at Graphite Engineering we help our clients make the most informed project decisions from concept to completion.
We guide the owner through developing owner project requirements, assist with the design team selection, provide oversight as the design team develops the construction documents and oversee the project’s construction, advising the owner every step along the way.
