Before & After

PACE SCHOOL

Graphite Engineering prepared the air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm design drawings for Providing Access to Continued Education (PACE), an educational program for pregnant teens and new teen mothers.

This project involved renovating a building that originally constructed in the 1930s, requiring careful MEP design to work around the original structure. Our role included ensuring drawing approvals from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ): the Building Control Department, the Ministry of Health and Bahamas Power and Light. Graphite Engineering’s services also included construction administration services and oversight of air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm installations.
