We have provided engineering design services since 2022 for the air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and have also reviewed Basis of Design documents for external reverse osmosis and solar systems design and provided comments for compliance with the Bahamas Building Code and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) – Utilities, Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA), Bahamas Department of Physical Planning, Bahamas Building Control, and Bahamas Power and Light.

We will continue to liaise with AHJ to ensure the approval of drawings and provide quality assurance and quality control inspections for the mechanical and electrical services.
