Engineering Assistant

Kristin Martin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of The Bahamas while also completing an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology. She is employed at Graphite Engineering as an Engineering Assistant, where she contributes to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design projects with a primary focus on plumbing and LPG design. Through her work, she has assisted in the development of residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout The Bahamas, gaining experience in plumbing layouts, calculations, sanitary and water distribution systems, LPG design, equipment scheduling, and building systems coordination. She has also gained exposure to HVAC design and analysis software, including CHVAC.  Kristin is proficient in software including Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Microsoft Office. She is passionate about building systems engineering and plans to further develop her expertise in MEP design and architectural engineering.
