D’Shanti Cooper
Project Manager

D’Shanti Cooper holds a degree from the University of the Bahamas. She first joined Graphite Engineering in 2008 as a technical assistant, assisting with producing engineering drawings including plumbing drainage and water supply layouts, drainage isometric diagrams and water supply risers, preparing technical specifications, basic plumbing calculations, drawing review and as-built drawings.

In 2012, D’Shanti rejoined Graphite Engineering, serving as the assistant project manager for the company at Baha Mar. In this role she assisted with preparing various field and non-compliance reports, document control, liaising with the client and contractor project teams, carrying out site inspections, reviewing project information, and managing and scheduling sub-contractors.

She is now the engineering assistant in the company’s design office where assists with delivering high quality MEP Engineering drawings, focusing on the design aspect of plumbing and HVAC calculations and drawings.
